Two Space Age wall lights with a movable ball reflector.
The design is based on the 540 model by Gino Sarfatti for Arteluce. However, these shine seem to me to be from a German manufacturer. A bracket made of transparent acrylic keeps a cheers -colored ball reflector. This special bracket enables flexible alignment of the head. The lamp is set off with a black base to the wall. It has a train switch.
