Materials Not Supplied

2. Ultraviolet spectrophotometer or nanodrop or multifunctional microplatereader.
3. 37C incubator.
4. Centrifuge (centrifugal force up to 12,000g).

Shipping & Storage Information

1. Please select the appropriate kit according to the molecular weight of theprotein to be labeled. The kit provides a 10 KD Filtration tube.
2. Chromogenic Biotin is susceptible to moisture hydrolysis failure, and shouldbe stored at -20C or -80C with the desiccant. In order to prevent watervapor from condensing into the dye, it is necessary to equilibrate the dye toroom before the experiment.
3. The kit can also be used to label other proteins containing free amino groups.The specific labeling ratio is determined according to the number of availableamino groups in the marker or set different molar ratios for labeling.
