Producer Information

It all started with our great-grandfather Francesco Luisa and his small five-hectare estate: it was 1907. Then there was grandfather Delciso, the only one of six brothers to carry on the family business at a very young age. And then Eddi, our father, who at just thirteen years old began to dedicate himself to the vineyards and cellar, transforming them with his tireless work into what became Tenuta Luisa. Together with our mother Nella, he continues to support us in the company: his contribution is still essential. For our part, we, Davide and Michele, have brought to Tenuta Luisa the taste for experimentation and the knowledge we learned during our studies. Davide, agronomist, follows the vineyards. Michele, a winemaker, takes care of the cellar. Two approaches which, combined with ancient peasant knowledge, have allowed us to obtain a wine of excellent quality, awarded with some of the most important awards in the sector. Today, with the fifth generation upon us, we look at the past with pride and are happy to be able to tell our story. A story of passion and enthusiasm, of courage and foresight, of trust and sharing.
